Health, also called Life, is the core resource that measures how much damage your survivor can withstand. Combat damage reduces Health.
If Health reaches zero, your survivor becomes injured. You do not permanently die, but you must finish the injury recovery period before normal recovery resumes.

Health normally regenerates by your current Health recovery amount every 15 minutes. A new survivor begins with 10 Health per recovery tick. Recovery pauses during active combat, while under attack and while injured.
