Survival in the apocalypse extends out to your fellow man. Can they be trusted, or are they greedy for your supplies?
General Rules
PVP is enabled after your account reaches level 20, before then you cannot be PVP'd in any capacity, this also means you must reach level 20 before you can PVP.
Rampage
Rampage is an experimental mechanic to judge and track how aggressive a player has been recently. Are they attacking everyone and anyone? Are they stealing from survivors' cars? Are they collecting ritualistic offerings? Rampage decreases your Agility and Speed by 1% for each level, even going as far as -100%.
If you attack another player who has rampage, you will receive no rampage. This is to encourage "taking down" a rampaging account without it affecting your stats.
Blackmarket
When a player reaches level 10 Rampage, they are seen as trustworthy by the Blackmarket and get access to much cheaper resources and unique purchases. You can access the Blackmarket on the City page.
Scout PVP
All explore areas have PVP enabled. Each location has it's own "area size" which dictates how complex it is to scout in that area for potential targets.
Binoculars
To scout for players in explore locations, you must bring binoculars in your vehicle, and scout in the location which costs one binocular per scout. The binocular cost to scout 100% of a location is calculated from its Area Size.
For example a location with Area 20, would take 20 binoculars to search 100%. If it were Area 5, that would take 5 binoculars.
Stealing
After having scouted a player, and attacking them; if you succeed you can choose to steal from their vehicle. At that time you will receive up to 5kg of the items from their vehicles inventory.
