Quests guide you through Zed City storylines and introduce activities across the game. A quest contains a sequence of objectives. Complete the current objective, claim its reward, and the next objective will become active.

Only quests available to your character are shown. Some quests require a particular player level, item, completed objective, or active event before they unlock. Newly available quests are marked NEW. Incomplete quests appear first in the list, followed by completed quests.

Completing objectives

Select a quest to open its objective list. The current objective shows what to do and, where applicable, a progress counter and progress bar. Objectives can include collecting items, completing jobs, equipping an item, or carrying out another action elsewhere in the game.

  • A green action button takes you to the relevant game page when a direct link is available.
  • Required items are displayed on the objective. Check the quantities carefully: an objective may consume items when its reward is claimed.
  • Progress updates as you play. Return to the quest when the objective is ready, then select Complete to claim the reward and advance.
  • Finished objectives remain in the quest history. Select a finished objective to expand its details.

When an objective is claimed, its rewards are awarded immediately. The reward panel highlights item rewards; other rewards, such as player XP, may be applied without appearing in that item list. Completing the last objective finishes the quest. If this unlocks more quests, use Continue to return to the updated quest list.

Tracking quests

Opening a new quest tracks it automatically. Use Tracked or Track Quest on the quest page to change whether it appears in the objective tracker. A blue target icon identifies tracked quests in the quest list.

The objective tracker appears at the bottom-left of the game and can show several tracked quests at once. It displays each current objective, its progress, and objectives that are ready to complete. Select an entry to return directly to that quest; selecting a completed objective also claims it automatically. Select the tracker header to collapse it, or the walkie-talkie tab to reopen it.

The tracker can be turned on or off under Settings > Preferences > Quest Tracker. Turning the tracker off hides the panel but does not remove quest progress.

Trophies

The Trophies tab sits beside Quests. Trophy objectives track progress towards powerful end-game items. A trophy can be found through the activity named on its card; if it has not dropped by the displayed limit, return to the Trophies tab to claim it once the objective is complete. See the Trophies guide for every current trophy, its activity, claim threshold, and passive effect.

Tips

  • Start with the available story quests if you are new; they introduce important parts of the game.
  • A red notification on the Quests or Trophies tab means an objective is ready to claim.
  • If no new quest appears after finishing one, you may still need to meet its level, item, storyline, or event requirement.
