Blackmarket

The Blackmarket is a hidden City shop. Its link, marked with a red skull, appears after the player reaches Rampage level 10. The same requirement is enforced when loading, buying from or selling to the shop.
Blackmarket items use their own Blackmarket buy and sell prices. Check each item card for its current price, availability and permitted action.
